Thank you ll for your for your comments and FAVs, even my onion flower made it on to the pp page this week, shows you've got to know your onions.
Cleaners day so I vacated my bungalow and went down to my flowery friends home to find her sat out in one of her sun houses reading. Not long after making myself comfortable with her, this beautiful blackbird landed on the washing line post right outside the open doorway.
It posed for ages, allowing me time to get my camera out and prepare, I'm sure it waited for me to finish before flying off again. As you know this is a wonderful garden and I have several flower pictures to share with you another day.
I haven't given you a link to a song lately, so this blackbird has given me the opportunity to do so. Please promise me you will listen right through, even when there is a pause, the bird singing during the later part of song is beautiful. I give you the Beatles and the Blackbird song.
Oh, I love this song. And what a good picture to go with it. Have been listening to the dawn chorus these hay fever mornings and the bird song is fabulous.
