A quick trip out when there was a break in the storms, sent over by our friends in America, thanks it's kept me in home for days. On the way back from a small shop, I stopped to look at an old school but couldn't get the picture I wanted.
Walking through to a park behind this wonderful Silver Birch tree caught my eye as it blow in the strong winds. The trunk and branches seem to glisten against the storm clouds behind, but I didn't hang around to long as my warm bungalow was beckoning nearby.
