I went down to my local church to do a multi-cache which I expect many of you are asking whats that. Well you take your GPS with you that you have uploaded map references to places within the churchyard. When you reach the gravestone there is a question such as, How old was George Smithers when he died and this is letters A & B. Off to the next and the answer there becomes C & D.
Given a formula you work out the position of the final cache location, off you go to find the box, it won't be inside the church grounds.
After I found the place and signed the log I stepped back into the churchyard and noticed hundreds of crocuses sprouting out of the ground. So with the honour of photography I got on the ground to take the picture, you can see more crocuses in the background.
I'm glad nobody saw me lying on the graveyard grass as they might have call an ambulance, and in my case a crane as well. View with the dark background.
Lovely fav for me - makes me think of spring! And great pov! I can't get on the ground (well, and get back up) so I have to just hold the camera down and shoot blind!
wonderful pov and capture. Spring is starting to make itself felt, that means autumn is not too far away for us. Though we are still in the midsts of heatwaves
