I needed some exercise so decided on a short walk around my village. It's always nice to get a bit of fresh air and of course my camera came with me. After stopping for a couple of pictures I heard a bird singing at the top of it's voice, so started scouring the hedgerow opposite me.
It was then I saw this robin low down in a hedge and grabbed my camera. After three or four captures this old gentleman came out of a very large house next to the hedgerow. He was not happy, waving his walking stick as he approached.
"Oi you, why are you photographing my house without my permission he shouted". I smiled and walked to meet him over a low wall, informing him I was taking a pictures of a robin, I showed him my pictures on the camera to reassure him. He was happy then and told me about the birds, foxes and deer he has seen in his garden.
Well I've made a new friend then and couldn't get away from him including learning about his new knee replacement. See ROBIN you got me into trouble. View with the dark surround if you have time.
I saw a video on a friend's Facebook, had to think of you. I don't know what a macpie whisperer is, but maybe you can find out when you google. The video was great!
Lovely capture Heather and great processing - Fav I often find myself talking to people when I've got a camera in my hand and I'm sure you will always be welcome to take photos of any birds in the gentleman's garden in the future
BTW I found this on the internet; maybe you'll like it.
