As I said yesterday, I've had a couple of days feel quite ill with gastric problems. So I thought to myself, what would my late Sister advise me to do. You see she always looked after me and gave some great advice and I think she would seriously advise me to go and visit the Doc's.
As you can see by my picture today i did exactly what she what would have said and went to the docks, but it didn't help me at all. It did however give me a lovely picture from Sharpness. I'm still think I'm going to change my name to Winnie-the-Poo.
