Weekly Exercise

Last week I decided that I must increase my exercise to help my health. So I started working on my wrists first by lifting more cups of tea and coffee per day.

My fingers got a really good workout by surfing the TV programmes with the controllers, my fingers were really hurting after that exercise, but not while the cricket was on.

Steps, I promised my doctor that I would increase my steps each day and bought a Fitbit. To do extra steps I increased the walks between my settee and fridge, seems to have worked particularly carrying something back to the settee each time.

The weeks extra exercises really seem to have worked as you can see in the picture. I have now got a 6 pack, long time since I had one of those. I think I will rest this week, as it looks as I've been overdoing it to much.
Best not to overdo it.

@ribbet9 Chips Candace, they are crisps here and chips are what you call fries. You can't beat a good English Fish and Chips.
