Well here is my Christmas robin to wish you all Seasons Greetings, have a lovely day and watch all that Christmas pudding.
Well I've just had my Christmas dinner and it was lovely. I followed all the instructions like thaw in the fridge for 48 hours, then cooking time and temperature to the degree and minute.
There was one instruction at the end that has confused me. It said "Stand for 10 minutes before serving". Well I stood in the middle of the kitchen without moving for the 10 minutes, that was not easy for me with a bad knee and old age.
It didn't seem to make any difference to how it cooked and it still tasted very nice, it was also nice to get off my feet after standing still for 10 minutes.
Such a lovely Robin ! Shame the instructions were not any clearer , but I hope you have been able to put your feet up for the rest of the day ! -- Enjoy the rest of your day !
