The Living Tree

Opened the local paper to see if there was anything going on to photograph. Meadowside Nature Center was inviting people to see lunch time with their owl,raptor, and eagle. Never been there and sounded interesting. You should have seen my face as I stared dumbfounded at this tree by their feeds. Wish I had brought my tripod !!! Not a great picture but I had to share ... I will go back when it's not 20 degrees out.
Best viewed large if you have the time....
Amazing to see a tree alive with so many colorful birds. They look like ornaments.

Straight out of a Christmas card! Too cool! I have never seen that many cardinals in one tree.

@deniseinindy they had one .he was beautiful. He been hit by a car and lost an eye. Got a great picture of him I'll probably post sometime this week. No wild ones though.

Wow, what a cool shot, Leslie. Cardinals have become my favorite bird as they are gorgeous and look at all of them.
