It's Whats For Dinner

A trip to Rose Hill Manor to watch a civil war reenactment . They are also doing period demonstrations in the historic Manor. They hang the chicken through the rope and then spin the rope so the chicken spins to cook evenly in front of the fire... Now that's one of the biggest fireplaces I have ever seen.
