This view is close to the beginning of the Ocean City, Maryland Boardwalk. It's still pretty early in the day and season to be so empty looking. The two in the middle of the picture happen to be scope photographers . They walk the beach close to the water and ask if you'd like your picture taken . You then go to one of their shops that night and usually buy a few little scopes that have your picture in them . I have lots from when the boys were little and growing up.
