Had a photo friend post a picture of these a couple weeks ago while he was on vacation. Took a day trip while I was at the beach to find them. Don't you just LOVE them.
@amandal they are at Chinoteague Island in Virginia. I went to check out Assateague Island on the Virginia side which has a lighthouse. You also pass through Wallops Island what looked really cool. It's one of the oldest launch sites in the world . (NASA) Next time I'm stopping at their visitors center and I would love to get a picture when they launch a rocket.
