I met this fine art photographer when she came to our photo club meeting last fall and talked about photographing flowers. Her work went on display today at a library in Bethesda, Md. I knew I wanted to be there to see and support her work. I was able to talk with her. This was her first single person showing but she had been in craft fairs forever. She was looking forward to not hearing these are beautiful but I can get pictures cheaper at Walmart. I also asked how do you decide the size of your prints? Well I originally went to Michaels (craft store) and checked out there frame sizes to make it easy for purchasers to frame my prints. ❤️ Love that ... Great thinking! Finally I asked can I get a picture? She was happy to pose but like most photographers I think more comfortable behind the camera. One day this could be me but for now I'm taking baby steps and have a couple prints ready for the county fair next week.
