My IPhone battery hadn’t been holding a charge since that one update where they admitted to slowing older phones batteries down. I lucked into an appointment to have it replaced at the Apple Store that is 40 minuted away from the house last night. It’s located inside a huge mall. It was a surprise to me that it takes them an hour plus to do but the wait because of the demand even with an appointment last night was 2-3 hours. Turned my phone in at 6 and got it back at 9:20. The place was a zoo but the employees were amazing and as we “Closed the bar” my husbands phrase I asked for a picture before my phone died ( new battery needed to be charged) and all I got was big smiles and laughs. I think they were ecstatic the day was over and we were ecstatic to be able to go home. We had walked and walked the mall, had dinner and finally just waited an hour in the store for my phone. My husband amazed me with his patience and I was so happy the expected snow arrived after we got home.
