Just skipping along, singing a song!

On my morning walk today these Canadian Geese didn't budge until I got close, then the only one who flew was this fellow. He was honking like crazy, I'm sorry 365 doesn't have sound, smile.

Hundreds of Canadian Geese here at Lake Winnipeg so I know exactly what that honking sounds like. I think they're such beautiful birds and I just mentioned to my mother-in-law today that I haven't taken any photos of geese yet this summer. Wonderful timing for this terrific action shot! Cute title! :-)

Makes me laugh! I am remembering couple of weeks ago trying to get some geese to fly off. They just slowly walked into the water. At least you got one in flight! Lol! Fav!

Thank you for your great comments and favs on my honker. He really was the only goose that acted the least bit interested that I was there. Every family has a high strung relative, he was this family's skittish child. Ha!
