My friend Ruthie’s granddaughter has opened a fun new restaurant. The centerpiece in the coffee bar is this painting of Ruthie’s grandmother, everyone called her “Momma”. The bar area on the restaurant side has “Momma’s Medicines” in pink neon script on the back wall. This was a small painting they had enlarged, it’s amazing how beautiful it is up close. Ruthie was beside herself on how much the frame cost, ha!
@joansmor@photographycrazy@gijsje@mittens@beryl@ludwigsdiana@happypat@taffy@pcoulson@365karly1@onewing@radiogirl@olivetreeann Thank you all for your great comments. Ruthie said when her great grandmother “Momma” passed away her family found over 600 paintings. They just divided them up among her children and all the family still has many of the paintings hanging in their homes. Momma lived on a farm and passed her time painting after her farm chores were done. I would have loved to meet her, don’t you know she was creative?!!!
