This neighborhood playground is usually full of laughing, happy children. Only time will tell when we can enjoy our parks. We can walk on our trails but all the parks and playgrounds are closed.
Me too....being used to working with children at school I find myself looking out for them whenever we are out walking, and lots of hello waves when we are gardening 😊
Same here - Thought I'd have trouble with Jerik on the trail but he accepted the fact that the playground was closed but we could still run and walk and throw rocks in the creek - all was not lost.
I was going to tell you that Domenico @domenicododaro posted a similar sight yesterday... It still staggers me that this bad dream is world-wide reality!
Sad sign of the times. So thankful for all the healthcare workers and every single person who is still working to provide for the rest of us. Everything is closed down in Iowa too, and has been since mid March.
Definitely a world-wide too-frequent scene. Hard to see a light at the end of the tunnel. We are totally under 'stay home' here in Chicago and still watching the numbers climb.
