The Loretto Chapel

The chapel is patterned after a Parisian gothic-style cathedral. So different from the adobe Catholic Churches you see in northern New Mexico. It is visible from all the downtown streets of Santa Fe. I was actually a little sad that it is no longer a church.

Nice shot! I felt the same way when we visited it. It seemed too commercial or secular, somehow. Still, it's a beautiful church and I'm glad it's well maintained.

Beautiful building. A pity that it is not a church anymore, but it is a good thing that, although it is commercial, it will stay open and is maintained well.
