April 2003... This is an old water inlet on the Mississippi River, for the Water treatment plant. Just a few miles north of St.Louis. Photo was taken from the old Chain Of Rocks Bridge, where Rt. 66 crossed the Mississippi River. It has been open or walking/biking since the early 2000's
