Weird times for sure, and am certainly ready for a return to "normalcy". It looks like we're stuck in this for a while longer, though. Older images totally work!
Great sculpture. Sorry to hear you are back in tighter lockdown. I can't help feeling that we will be following suit before long as the Sydney cluster grows and they even had a Human Nature concert at the Sydney Coliseum last night. Plus the cricket at the Sydney Cricket Ground is to go ahead in a few days with about 20,000 people attending. How about that for madness. I am ropeable at the moment. We live about 200 km north of Sydney so I hope Sydneysiders stay away from Port Stephens.
So sorry to hear about your lockdown. Hopefully the vaccine will to you soon. My wife is supposed to get hers on Tuesday because she is in health care. I will probably be a while,
Such a fabulous photo! I am so sorry you are in complete lockdown agdd as in. My goodness. So will your daughter be able to go back to London at the scheduled time?
Was not too impressed with Monkey Land - the swimming pools was over crowded, the animals all in cages and only got fed at noon - by then they were starving. At least the place was clean and the staff friendly - cannot say the same about the owners
Am not going back again
Wonderful capture and framing Diana. We are in lockdown mode, fortunately we are able to go out for a drive, walks and do some limited activities as long has we stay in our bubble.
Taking a peak at your early pictures, feel like we are in for a real treat. It's frustrating to be back in lockdown, but it appears not everyone is taking this as serious as they should.
Love the subject and the terrific background. Sorry to hear your lockdown is so restrictive. We are lockdown also but can go out walking as long as keep distant and avoid crowded areas.
@koalagardens at least he perks me up Katrina
;-) @onewing the problem is that here we are living in the middle of a great tourist area Babs :-( @louannwarren Her flight has been cancelled indefinitely Lou Ann, so now we are in lockdown together. Tomorrow she starts work again. That means home office from here instead of London. We are all quite happy about that :-)
I'm not surprised with the lockdown. same here. I don't know why there're still people who go partying and partaking in large gathering. if this continues we'll never beat the viruses.
as to your picture, a lovely view and a great statue. keep them coming.
I was wondering if you were in lockdown. We sure are with no end in sight. I hope the vaccines will change all that. Trying to stay positive this winter. Stay safe.

Nice sculpture. Like the framing of the tree branches.
