Unknown flower

growing wild on a neighbours property. The whole garden is covered with these lovely bells. I asked if I could pick a piece an see if it will get roots, as I would like to plant it in my garden. It seems to thrive in drought.
Lovely

If it is the plant that I think it is, if you take a leaf and put it into some potting soil it will root easily. Once established it will spread all on it's own. I cannot remember the proper name but I think it is commonly known as pig's ear

I have just looked it up. It is a pig's ear or Cotyledon orbiculata. This website shows how to propagate - https://worldofsucculents.com/how-to-divide-propagate-and-transplant-pigs-ear/
