Looks like a bit of everything. Unless one has a big estate where to grow thousands of olive trees it is not worth gathering the olives for making olive oil. I have a friend of mine who does that but the financial outcome is miserable considering that to fill just one bottle of olive oil one needs a very big number of olives.
