Death's Head Hawkmoth caterpillar

Katja was so happy to find this huge critter happily munching away at my Jasmine. I took quite a few macro shots, then she decided to cut the twig off so that she could take a photo with her cell. Of course I got my camera out again :-)
Last year she found one which was not quite ready to become a moth yet. Maybe some of you remember the beautiful green and yellow one.
