I had this Christmas, was some ribbon of a present which Minky loved playing with. My closest friend died a week before and I was so devastated, that there was no way I could start decorating or celebrating. Taken with my cell phone. Sorry I clipped her ears, but she was moving so fast ;-)

I am so sorry for your loss and I so feel for you right now. I have my neighbour's funeral today and one of my oldest friend's next Monday, who died just before Christmas. So poignant and extra painful at this time of year, isn't it? Sending so much love to you.
