On Bluff hill at the bottom of NZ these bikes race on a time trial up this very steep road! Burt Munro did it endless times when he was alive. This was a panning shot and in the background is blurred gorse!
The hotel internet options are ridiculous and we fast run out of allowance! I look at one 365 photo and use 4mb!
Three good things:
1. It was hot and there was just a cooling breeze - so different in the past when it rained and the wind howled!
2. We had such a big breakfast in the hotel that we didn't need any lunch! Eggs, bacon, toast, tomato and spinach on ciabatta.
3. As usual nobody wanted to interview me - the way I like it but John was in the spotlight a lot!
