This is not high cuisine and patchy work but is here to show how I get my 5 veggies/day. Its got broccoli, parsnip, carrot and onion in it plus fresh herbs from my glass house.
Three good things;
1. Even though I made it for a picnic it was nice to use for an indoor meal at first.
2. The beach picnic might have to wait - mist with rain forecast. Indoor picnics are good.
3. Cherries.
@yaorenliu Yes, thats true, Yao - in some ways I like all mince as you get that flavour only whereas here you have the flavour of the broccoli particularly coming out!
