Walking home in the cold and without nose gloves (yet to find those) I noticed the background sky against our Oamaru Monument seen from the south. I did edit this with a Fx studio Pro process called ‘rippled glass’ and thought it stood out rather differently! That background green is big trees and those Egyptian hieroglyphics on the Monument actually say, “Oamaru’!
Three good things
1. Life is good when you can download one of your favourite author’s books at a click! Rosamunde Pilcher has always been a favourite.
2. Another is finding a most beautiful piece of music - Violin Concerto in G, Opus 11.
3. Finished my Journal editing - huge sigh of relief! I will have more time for the above and for being part of 365! No more long waking moments in the night thinking!
For some reason this reminds me almost of a cross stitch pattern but in colour. Interesting processing which made me keep going forwards and backwards from my screen! lol :)
I like the effect you've created. Sounds like you've been busy with your computer and making it work for you. I look forward in some ways to the Autumn and Winter when I can do things inside that I don't normally have time to do.
Love the comp and processing here, fav. Congrats on finishing the journal editing--are you gong to celebrate in some way? Re: no. 2 above--whose concerto is it?
What cool processing! What did we do before all this digital stuff... so, you are getting published soon?! What an achievement and an accomplishment....everything just takes so long to come to fruition, but this should definitely be worth it at the end!
