Ideas don’t come all the time for a photograph when you are not travelling or going out. This one was taken under my trampoline on which I bounce every day. The forget-me-nots were doing well under here!
Three good things; 1. The Mitford Sisters. I watched a documentary on the sisters, the six Mitford girls - Nancy, Pamela, Diana, Unity, Jessica and Deborah -who experienced an upbringing steeped in eccentricity. They were all active in the same era as my mother who was in England at that time and her sister Louie who embraced the same leaning towards communism. Before the second world war.
2. I received a scam email from someone from “Darknet’ but with my email address and one of my old passwords in it! He said he had been accessing my computer for 6 months! Wanted money of course, to keep quiet! Quite unnerving but I sent the email to two scam sites in NZ and deleted it.
3. The ‘Fastforward’ button on the remote!
They are such sweet little flowers.
Scammers are such a nuisance these days. We even had a message from them on our answer phone when we got home yesterday saying our Internet access had been compromised and all we have to do is press 1 to find out the solution. Needless to say we deleted the message.
I’m just so impressed that you jump “elegantly, gently and in a refined manner” on a trampoline! Just so cool, Maggie! I think we all deserve a photo of you on your trampoline! 😊 your forget me nots are beautiful.
Of course I won't forget you. I envisage a special kind of hell for scammers and other assorted rip-off merchants, where they have to deal with each other for absolutely everything.
@golftragic I do believe in Karma, Marnie! There are apparently a heap of these active in NZ at the moment. Poor little old ladies who barely manage to handle a computer! Not me!
@ludwigsdiana Apparently in 2011 to 2013 there was a huge amount of hacking that went on... millions of people's privates ( that is internet privates... not what you are thinking!) that were 'sold'. Four to five years later someone decided to cash in.
@maggiemae just looked at the shot of you bouncing and I'm in awe!! But still got that triple summersault in my head, now with added eye twinkles!! Oh love your photo, so rude not to have praised it ( twice).
