Tree...

It was one of those very gray days - not fit for pics! Got a few shots of a bare tree, downloaded to my mac... such a drab and gray mess! Time to play with some Photoshop filters under stylize to see what could be done with it. The top left is "Find Edges," top right is "Solarize," bottom left is "Glowing Edges," and bottom right is "Trace Contour." All are much more interesting than my muddy gray shot of this tree. Oh well, better luck tomorrow with a little sunshine on the way.

I love this! How awesome! I need to remember to use these filters every now and then! They do have a purpose and if you can creates something like THIS than you might as well use them. LOVE it!

I think this would be a cool poster! I need to get photoshop. I signed up for picnik a couple of months ago and now they sent an email that they are going out of business. Will come back and learn from your pics when I get it!

That is really cool! At least you took what you thought was a drab picture and made it very interesting! I think I like the Solarize the best - it kind of leaves it really mysterious.
