Walk that way... by marlboromaam

Walk that way...

Temps are supposed to get down in the 60s tonight. Which means we'll see snakes trying to warm themselves on the roadsides in the morning. So many get run over that way.
Love the light here

The light through these trees is magnificent. I hope Connor does not play with the snake. Our younger dog was chasing them. Fortunately it was just the non-venomous ones.

@corinnec Thank you so much, Corinne. I watch carefully when we're outside. Glad it was non-poisonous for your dog. Teach them to leave them alone. Will leaves the birds alone now, but still chases butterflies. LOL! I holler at him... Leave those butterflies alone, Will Connor! He just ignores me.

We are starting to get cooler nights which makes sleeping so much more comfortable. Still like the warm days.

Pretty lighting in this.

@larrysphotos Cooler makes for much better sleep. I can't cut the AC off yet though. The house still warms up enough for the AC to kick on.

@danette LOL! Copperheads are not endangered, Danette. The rattlers are too smart for the roads.

Great dappled light. However, such an encounter with a snake is rather unpleasant. We have only three kinds, and only one is poisonous.
September 16th, 2022
@haskar Thank you, Haskar. Yes, very unpleasant.
