One of the shots I took for my "self-portrait in B&W" get pushed challenge. This one was bad enough as it came out of the camera, so I didn't mind mucking around with the settings, just for the heck of it. I could see the crows feet featuring prominently on my face, so, after the initial shock, I took on the challenge of making it look as old and horrible as possible, and managed to bring out every wrinkle, freckle, blemish possible. We are, after all, coming up on Halloween. In ribbet.com I added the spiders, web, and ogre eye effect (only slightly more disproportionate to the other eye than it is in reality...ick). I would have added blood drooling out of my mouth, but was tasked to take B&W and blood really needs to be red.
Love this - very creative. I'm your get-pushed partner this week. My challenge for you is to get down low. Take a photo from a low perspective. Is that ok?
