I went to the bank today as treasurer of the Deep Creek Needlecraft Club to make a deposit, and found that the bank was celebrating National White Chocolate Day (who knew?) So after I made my deposit, I asked if I could take a picture of the candy they had laid out. This wonderful woman who works there offered to take my picture with the chocolate. I said, "Could I take your picture instead?" So she gave me a classic product demonstration pose and I took a couple of shots. When I got home, I found that the better picture suffered from my tendency to take pictures on a bit of a slant. I think it's because I tend to carry my head tilted just a little. If I don't really concentrate of straightening the horizontal on the camera screen, I end up having to straighten it by editing. Sadly, the straightening cut part of her head off. (It was marginally in frame to begin with.)
So I applied some cross processing effect, text, and photo corner frame. What you get is what you get. I got a piece of chocolate to take out with me.
Fun capture, love the way you presented this. Who knew there was such a thing as white chocolate day, personally I think every day should be chocolate day. I chuckled at your narrative, and am happy to know I am in good company on the slanted picture issue. I have to straighten about 80% of my shots, and sometimes more :)
