Consolidated Printing 100 years

On the next street over from the Masonic Temple in Salina (see my shots of that building) where Frank and I were attending a wedding, is the current location of Consolidated Printing. This used to be my grandfather's business. It's no longer associated with my family at all, but my curiosity was piqued when I saw it there. I took several pictures of the outside of the building with a big banner that indicated it celebrated 100 years in business in 2014. In 1914 when my grandfather started the business, it was called Montgomery Book and Stationery and became Consolidated in the early 20s.

It was closed, of course, on Saturday evening, when I walked over there. I confess I peeked inside and, spotted a 100th anniversary poster that showed a picture of an earlier building it occupied. This shot through the blinds is not good photography, but I was tempted to do something with it and post here anyway, just for the heck of it. Good thing no police spotted me taking a picture through the blinds to the interior. My motives might have been questioned.
