Frank and Dan and I are heading north to the Twin Cites tomorrow for Crypticon Minnesota. Since I have been very busy getting ready for the trip, I didn't have a lot of time for the dinosaurs this week. So when I told them the 365 Toys theme this week was nuts and asked for volunteers to do a quick photo shoot, the Triceratops Twins were the only ones with their hands up. (I guess the others knew it wouldn't amount to much.)
Anyway, the Twins and I got a can of peanuts out of the pantry and headed into the music room and the marble topped table where there is some nice natural light. I went to get my camera. When I got back the peanuts had tipped over and spilled out, and one of the T.T. had slipped on them and landed square on his back. I could see it was a minor hurt -- we didn't need to call the paramedics, so I quickly snapped the picture, not caring whether both of them were in focus or not (as you can see they aren't). "That's it," I said. "That's the picture. Thanks. Photo shoot is over. Could you clean up the peanuts?" "Oh, nuts!" they replied in unison.
