Richard, the trippy effect is the repeated application of mirrored frames (3 of them) on ribbet.com In addition to width and tint, you can adjust how polished they are (less polished is more blurry and more is more exact reflection) and how much shadow between frame and picture. In this case I opted for NO shadow -- something I'd never tried before. I decided I liked the slightly psychedelic effect.
