One LAST upload for the get pushed Rachel @roseolivia gave me to make a symmetrical image. This is just me fooling around with the KaleidaCam app on my iPod and aiming it at the computer screen with iPhoto up on the screen showing a couple more of the photos I took of art in the window of the Strecker Nelson Gallery. A companion to the art piece I posted shots of earlier. But at the beginning of the week I found myself playing with this app and thinking "I could just fill the week with all the cool symmetry from this." Of course kaleidoscopes are fun and you get fascinating and (usually) amazing colorful images no matter what you aim it at, but is it photography? So I did go out in search of real subjects. But I just couldn't resist posting one image from the iPod, so here, at the end of the last day of the week is my one indulgence. And, you know, I think these two shots are more interesting as kaleidoscopic compositions, anyway.
