Scarlet Grenadier P6271715

I managed a few shots of this beauty before we left Naiyang Beach to travel up to Khao Lak. Lathrecista asiatica, the asiatic blood tail,(common name Scarlet Grenadier) is a species of dragonfly in the family Libellulidae. It is the only species in its genus. It is widespread, occurring from India to Australia.
