We have stuck some unpleasantly hot weather, (It hit 39 yesterday and 40C today) so we decided to spend another day here at Pardoo Station. A good part of the day was spent in the swimming pool. This afternoon we drove down to the beach in anticipation of seeing Red Point at high tide. Unfortunately we were too early.
What a beautiful spot. Our daughter is currently planning a trip around Oz and she asked me for our favourite spots. As we weren't camping I didn't have many places like this to recommend. If you have time would it be too much trouble for you to just name a couple of your favourite camping spots in WA? I know she would appreciate your local knowledge. Many thanks Rob
@robz Hi Rob, we have different spots for different times of the year. What will they be travelling in and roughly what time of the year are they hoping to be in WA?
@merrelyn Hi Merryln - They're thinking of coming through the WA at about this time of year. They're travelling in an Amarok and camping in swags. They're pretty self sufficent but don't mind spending some money on nice accommodation anywhere spectacular. Thanks for any ideas you may have. :)
