Seagull and Sail at Sunset_DSC4982

It was quite windy this afternoon, so the kite surfers were out in force. I went back to the beach just before sunset and many of them were still there. This seagull timed its flight very nicely and it's silhouette was much more attractive than the kites.

Lovely shot and the seagull was very cooperative flying into the shot at the right time. My nephew has just started kite surfing and he lives in WA. Maybe this is him, ha ha.
