Even Bees Like Jerusalem Artichokes_DSC3737

Today we had a long lunch with friends at our local tapas restaurant. The food as always was sensational as was their sangria. It was a lovely way to spend several hours.
I only had time to take a couple shots in the garden, before heading out to a quiz night with another friend.
I liked the afternoon light on my Jerusalem Artichoke and was very pleased when a bee stopped by. I'm hoping for a lovely crop in a couple of months.

Antwerp is a 40 min drive from our home. Visit it 5 to 10 times a year. Love to go to the Middelheim park/museum.
