This is the combined result of last night's storm and a very high tide. I've never seen this much debris on Rockingham Beach. We also came across another four boats that had been washed ashore during the storm.
We're expecting stormy weather for the next few days.
Must have been quite a storm.

Nature is wild ! im surprised to see the house so close from the seashore , it must have been a nightmare for them !

It has been crazy, I see Rockingham really copped it! All the beaches down here look like that too!

@jodies I've seen the water up that high before, but I've never seen so much debris on the beach. The old Mersey Point jetty was also badly damaged. A new one has been built for the Penguin Island ferries, so I hope the council doesn't use that as excuse to demolish the old one.
