Was hoping to get a sunset shot while we were at Mt. Magazine (Arkansas's highest spot) but got very little cooperation from the weather gods. Winds were gusting to 40mph while I was taking this so I'm sitting on the stones leading to this spot to keep from being blown down, too dark to shoot from this spot without the flash going off, and sure couldn't keep the camera steady. Still liked the shot though.
Fabulous sunset colors! You can hardly stop watching the sky and its ever-changing patterns when it's looking like this. What a view to end a day with. (Blast the wretched wind, huh?)
