2016-07-23b who has fear of heights --- look away!!!
Despite miserable weather (fog, rain, snow, hail, sleet), we have been in the mountains today, and made a high-mountain tour. Next to a long hike, we “tested” also a new cliff pathway, called THRILL WALK that leads into the vertical walls of the imposing rock massif, near the Schilthorn 2970 m / 9744ft in the Bernese Alps. The steel structure clings to the rock and the cliff path includes a variety of sections, an interplay of air, glass and grating. Several meters on a glass-bottom floor, followed by cattle grid type of flooring. And there is also a Nepal bridge and a long crawling wire tube over a very high vertical drop. The tube was my favourite. So this picture is captured by my husband M. and shows a happy Mona. All this is not for people with fear of heights, but it is not dangerous at all. Just great fun.
