Empty train station

I have been at this station several days in a row to bring passengers to and from with rail replacement service. The red flag marks a line not in use. This station will be out of service permanently, as they are building a new modern station along some new tracks close by, at a more convenient and central place.
Two more days of this rail replacement service, and I'm heading to the Faroe Islands for my summer vacation.

@cocokinetic Many of the old station buildings have been sold as residential homes.

Thanks for the reply - now I understand how, in some books or films, we see kids playing on the rails, and homes right nearby. Thanks for the reply!
