Here's a collage featuring some of the highlights of last night's festivities for me: (from upper left to bottom right) Children of all ages come to sample goodies and cider in fellowship hall and hot dogs on the lawn; my husband Jeff and fellow musician/good friend Jim start up the music with some Gospel Blues; the steeple and clock all lit up; the banner over our front door; our special friends Anya and Olivia dressed up as princesses; Sun Mountain Bluegrass Band; Veggie Tales on the front lawn of the manse; and balloons for the Trick or Treaters.
It was cold! But it was so much fun seeing all the children enjoying themselves.

Collage of great memories! I love the balloons in the lower right....they add a little spice! And I have not heard the term "fellowship hall" since I was little and a baptist! And now, churches name their common areas something "cool" and "hip" ...so even the ones who did have a fellowship hall prob. have changed the name. Brought back memories! My dad was Minister of Administration at First Baptist Church of Dalton in GA. I lived in the church!
