I went on a photo walk with my photo club friends last Saturday to a national park with waterfalls and came home with a picture of a pine cone! Actually I did get some nice water fall shots, but I ended up liking my macro and reflection shots better! Happy Autumn everyone!
My thanks to you all! I'd take the time to type them all out, but I'd rather be off to see your pictures! So please know that each view and comment is truly appreciated!
@kt8ird I processed this shot on Ribbet- it's a free on-line photo processing site which is very much like Picmonkey. This is a combo frame I make myself. I first use the mirror frame and shrink the size so that it doesn't overpower the picture. I then add the border frame using a color in the photo-in this case it was brown. I remove the inner color altogether and make the outer color a very thin frame. This gives the mirror frame the feeling that it has an edge. I believe the same process can be done in Picmonkey, I'm just not sure what they call these particular frames, but something tells me it's the same names.
@bill_fe Thanks Bill! @kt8ird Any time!! @janiskay Thank you Janice! Believe it or not, it is exactly where I found it- and that's why it caught my eye.
