Mother and Father Mushroom were as prolific as rabbits. The children just kept popping up out of nowhere!
I don't know why, but this group just looks like one big happy family.
I was out stacking wood today and came across these mushroom clusters on one of the logs. Of course that one didn't get stacked right away! It was carried to the deck for a photo shoot after the stacking was done! They are really tiny! The tallest one is not even half the length of my pinky finger!
@rangerxenos Thank you Dawn! I have never seen so many little ones in one cluster like this. @nicolecampbell Thanks Nicole! @allie912 Thanks Allison! Great leadership or a lot of spores! @homeschoolmom Thank you Lisa and thanks for the fav!
@pyrrhula Thank you Pyrrhula! I usually see many more mushrooms throughout the summer here- but it has not been as rainy. The wood pile though has been waiting to be stacked for a while so there have been some spots that were just right for mushroom growth. We will see them less and less as the wood gets stacked and the Autumn settles in.
If those colors are true it`s a different kind off. But there are so many I often can`t see a different. As I say before : It`s a great find and beautiful capture.
