Since we're on the road today, this circle found on the back of a parking meter during my quick circle tour in Stroudsburg this past week seemed appropriate for the occasion!
Posting a little ahead as I'm not sure whether I'll make it on 365 tomorrow or not.
You've done such a good job with your circle shots, and I agree that this one is more than a circle--it has a good message too. Looking forward to what you decide to pick for November. I may join you, now that I'm an ACE member and have extra albums to use.
Thank you everyone! I've been up talking with the other grandma! How did that go on for so long?! So a quick note of thanks and the promise I'll catch up with you all as soon as I can. Now I must go to bed!!
squares? I'd say a color, but I just finished a month of yellow in September. Or- it's been a while since I did a rainbow month: red on Monday, Orange on Tuesday, Yellow on Wednesday, Green- Thursday, Blue- Friday, Indigo- Saturday, and Violet on Sunday. We had some lovely stripes on our calendars at the end of that month. I like the "three good things" people have been doing and could add that on as "three thankful things" for our Thanksgiving- or just in general as part of it. Maybe I'll ask my grands for an assignment tomorrow and see what they come up with!
@olivetreeann I look forward to hearing what they come up with.. although your tomorrow is almost my yesterday! Maybe I'll get some pics of the girls to fill in time :)
Well, I asked Leigh what she thought and her first reaction was squares. But then she said, "It might be kind of boring after you just did circles". So then I asked Sam and he said, "leaves". An interesting idea since mine are on their way out and yours are coming in. Then my daughter-in-law suggested we do things that begin with the letter "I". So we could do a "Leigh" week of squares, a Sam week of "leaves", a Becky week of "i's" (you can pick any subject you want as long as it begins with "I") and I could ask Lucy again tomorrow and put her idea in the final week. I guess we could tag it nuttynovember because it's such a hodge-podge of topics! What do you think?
@olivetreeann
Hi Ann
Initially I thought "I don't have any idea about things I can do that start with L", so I searched for some words on the web and found quite a few that might work.
I really want to do something different as I am feeling quite uninspired this week and this idea has taken my fancy. I'm not sure what the full month will be but I am certain I can do something from this list each week: letters/language, locks, looking up/down, liquids, lattices (matrix, mesh, grid, net), labels ...
Although I will put some more thought into it, count me in and thanks for suggesting it! I really need this!
I was just wondering it the tag shouldn't contain the 'L" somehow, so others know what the tag is about: nutty-L-november or loopy-L or something!
@dibzgreasley@dibzgreasley Sounds like fun... hopefully I can remember what goes when! Squares to start, right! (Please remind me next Saturday what the next week needs!)

Hi Ladies! I'm so sorry I've been out of the loop for the last four days! It was just one of those visits where I had very little down-time and when I got home I was exhausted! Please feel to join in as you can or in whatever way you want. I'm behind already!! So whatever you decide is fine with me.
I'm calling it "Grand November" as the bulk of the weeks were determined by my grandchildren. And here's the general plan:
Nov. 1-8 Leigh's choice: Squares
Nov. 9- 15 Sam's choice: Leaves
Nov. 16-22 Becky's choice (my daughter-in-law): Things that begin with the letter I (as in ice cube, igloo, or whatever you choose)- but don't worry Debs- you can do L if you prefer!
Nov. 23-30 Lucy's Choice: Flowers
Some of us are heading into Spring, and some of us are sailing through Fall so using archival shots or revisiting ones you'd like to process again is allowed! You can shoot sooc, or process to the hilt and feel free to combine it with other challenges if you so wish. The grands had such fun choosing what Grammy will take shots of and I was quite pleased Becky jumped in and offered an idea too. So there you have it! I'm going to tag them grandnovember2016. After all, it might become a family tradition!
@olivetreeann
So great that your family contributed the ideas for you. I seem to have gone down a completely different road but never mind. I will see how I get on, week by week. Looking forward to seeing your month!

Squares are proving to be a bit tricky! I'm using nuttynovember as a tag, as I'd already started when this post came along :)
Maybe I'll alternate Is and Ls in week 3 - I sounds tricky!

@skstein Congrats Sandy!!

@alia_801 So far I'm thinking ice/ice cube, ink, inch and will pull out the dictionary for further ideas next week.
