Taken December 25, 2017- a BITTER cold day with winds blowing all about and this young lady decided to wear a mini-skirt that barely covered her butt for her walk on the beach!

yes, i fail to see why one would wear boots, and sweaters and jackets yet wear miniskirts. or those ripped jeans that are only held by a few stitches. i see no logic in that. and in this! :-D

Haha! Nice street (beach?) shot. Tonight in Baton Rouge it is 32 degrees, very cold for Louisiana and we saw a man outside, all bundled up in a jacket and SHORTS!

Thank you one and all for the fun and humorous comments! Yes, it's a little mind boggling as to why men or women get all bundled up on top and leave the legs bare but that's the craziness of human nature I guess!
