@grammyn knee update- still swollen and the left knee is now giving the first one a run for its money. Long story short- stem cell replacement was too costly so I looked for another non-surgical alternative and landed on acupuncture. My first appointment is Friday. I am apprehensive about the needles, but not the treatment. Several people I've talked to, plus lots of testimonials on line say it really worked for them. We'll see...!
