I stood outside in the darkness last night, listening to the crickets and gazing at the bright white moon. It was so brilliant I thought I'd attempt one more moon shot, although my little camera is limited as to what it can capture. After a few settings, I figured I'd gotten something to work with and I went back to listening and staring. Part of Psalm 121 (verses 5-8) came to mind as I looked up at that beautiful moon...
The Lord is your keeper,
The Lord is your shade on your right hand.
The sun will not smite you by day,
Nor the moon by night.
The Lord will protect you from all evil;
He will keep your soul.
The Lord will guard your going out and your coming in,
From this time forth and forever.
what a beautiful verse Ann and a very dramatic lighting you captured. thank you for posting this. I am feeling so low and crappy today...after I read the verse, it just uplifted me.
